Blood, terars & sweat? For me rather endorphines, energy &.....yes the sweat is necessary anyway :P If you want to be helathy & fit, it isn´t enough to just exercise for a month & don´t eat for a week. It´s a lifetime journey you have to walk all life long. Sounds scary?? Don´t be affraid! Don´t jump into it too fast! Just take your time, do only one step at a time and never give up because you slipped, we are HUMAN for christsake! NO ONE IS PERFECT FROM THE VERY BEGINNING!
